Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sr. Digital Marketing Lead Specialized in Lead Generation to oversee and execute high-impact lead generation strategies through digital marketing. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on generating Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) using platforms like LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and social media advertising. This role requires hands-on expertise in optimizing paid campaigns, driving MQLs, and presenting data-backed results to senior leadership, including the CEO, Directors, and VPs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Develop and execute effective digital marketing strategies aimed at generating at least 10 MQLs per quarter through platforms such as LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and social media advertising.
- Campaign Management: Lead the creation, execution, and optimization of paid campaigns on platforms like LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and other social media to maximize lead generation and ROI.
- SEO & Content Strategy: Collaborate with content teams to align SEO strategies and content marketing to drive organic traffic and support lead generation initiatives.
- Data-Driven Insights: Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies to meet lead generation goals, and presenting results and insights to senior leadership.
- Reporting & Presentation: Present digital marketing strategies, campaign results, and lead generation insights to the CEO, Directors, and VPs, ensuring all key stakeholders are aligned on goals and results.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with the latest trends in digital marketing, lead generation, and paid advertising to ensure strategies are innovative and competitive.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with a focus on lead generation and campaign management.
- Proven expertise in running LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and other social media advertising campaigns for lead generation.
- Strong ability to generate Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) through strategic and optimized campaigns.
- In-depth knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and organic lead generation strategies.
- Experience in analyzing campaign performance and using data insights to refine and optimize strategies for maximum ROI.
- Excellent presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively with C-suite and senior executives.
- Hands-on experience in managing and optimizing paid campaigns and delivering measurable lead generation results.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with a proven ability to execute and influence successful digital marketing strategies.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems to improve lead nurturing and tracking.
- Experience with Facebook Ads, Twitter Ads, and other paid social advertising platforms.
- Exposure to Agile marketing methodologies for flexible and data-driven campaign execution.
